Eligible applicants for a Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passport holding a valid Hong Kong permanent identity card may submit their HKSAR passport applications online or via the Immigration Department (ImmD) Mobile Application. They may also choose to submit their applications in a self-service manner at the Personal Documentation Submission Kiosk / Travel Document Submission Kiosks installed at the ImmD Headquarters in Tseung Kwan O and seven branch offices during service hours without the need to make an appointment.
Please note that for replacement of a HKSAR passport which has been lost, damaged, defaced, is not available or requires amendment of personal particulars in the passport, the applicant should make an appointment to apply in person at counter.
